"Dr. Anderson is awesome at his job! No complaints there. His staff could use some skills on assisting people. They confirmed my appt via text, then a little while later call me to change the time. They blamed the "new girl", which was hilarious. In any event after exam, staff did not discuss insurance options, so it was like a buying an item at Walmart. Hopefully Doc gets that staff fixed, cause even people In front of me had to ask how they would receive their glasses prior to leaving, as did I. Guess I have been spoiled at these types of places with outstanding service, not the case here!! Maybe Doc should consider a self service desk?"
