"I was excited to find a dental clinic with availability within a month, so I scheduled an appointment. When I scheduled, they did not tell me information about the appointment but confirmed the appointment. I arrived and they told me they would not be cleaning my teeth - just a routine cleaning - and that at the first appointment they do XRays only. They said I have to get the XRays in order to schedule a cleaning. I really wanted to get a dental cleaning and wanted one soon, so I agreed to the XRays so I could schedule a dental cleaning. They did not give me an option for them to get the XRays from my previous dentist. Fast forward to 7 months later, I receive a $115 bill in the mail from Aspen saying I have an overdue bill, but it is the first bill I've received in the mail from them and I assumed the XRays were covered by insurance because I get them 1/year through insurance. However, they did XRays that weren't covered by insurance. Just beware of Aspen. They aren't up front with their business practices and it is dishonest and shady."

"Dr Ashley and Dr Nikki are both so sweet and kind. I get so nervous going to the dentist and this time, I had a major procedure done. Dr Ashley performed the procedure and she was amazing. She listened to me and made sure I was very comfortable before continuing. Their team is great as well. Love Dave and Maggie. Maggie is so sweet and she really helped ease my mind. She helped fix my dentures so it fit better. I left feeling great. I cannot say enough great things about this team. They truly are so wonderful and I can feel my quality of life getting better and better. Thank you, Aspen Dental Roseville location team! Even the receptionists are very kind and I always feel very welcomed."

"Tourists in need of of an emergency cap repair. Awesome facility, professional and friendly. Fixed our problem fast and really saved our trip. The receptionist Kayla was personable and informative. Maggie did a great job fixing my wife’s cap with a temp. Definitely recommend!"

"Everybody was so kind and charismatic, as most I’m sure I dread going to the dentist, however I had not legitimately been to the dentist in over a year with traveling and personal endeavors. So I walked in with it instilled in my head that I was going to need plenty of work done, or told that I needed this or that and so on. But I was pleasantly surprised by the demeanor of the hygienist, assistants and everybody that worked behind the counter. They had reassured me that there was a little bit of work but it’s nothing to serious and everything looked wonderful. I was put at ease and much more comfortable and confident making a plan to get back on track with my dental care. I would highly recommend aspen in general, but would speak with high praise about this location in particular."

"Offered no immediate solutions to a shattered crown on my front tooth. Said they couldn’t get me in for two weeks to fix it. Treat you like just a number vs a patient they actually want to help. Wasted 1.5 hours of my time and left in the same discomfort as I came in with. This was an emergency dental appointment also."
