Reviews of GT Nails
"I had an appointment for a Pedicure and Full Set Manicure, the lady who did my pedi was great but the guy that was supposed to do my nails was awful he sits in the first seat by the front door . First off he was late so I was waiting for him for about 30 mins after my toes were done then when I showed him what I wanted witch was a French tip set with a curved tip he then goes on to tell me that it takes half and hour and it’s. More money , I told him that I didn’t care about the price he still proceeded to tell me that he did not feel like doin the service and that I would have to come back another time . I’ll be the first to say i will never return to this establishment. Waste of time and I wish I would have never even got my toes done here they did not deserve any of my money. Smh lost a customer and bad publicity for the establishment especially being “New Owners”"
"Henry always does the best nails. I moved here recently and tried many salons before trying GTs - they are my go to now :) I always leave happy and the price is more than reasonable."
"Firstly I will add that I am a cosmetologist so I am well aware what is and isn't okay during services. I went to get my nails done so I didn't have to do it myself, for the holidays. It started off nice, I noticed throughout the service that any time I'd look at my nails the nail tech would laugh. Quite a few times she did this. The nails put on were not the correct sizing but she didn't care to find the correct sizing and just glued them on. Near the end of it, there was acrylic under, on the sides of my nails that ended up cutting me later, I had to file myself and pick off sharp edges. Many are also over thick, when it came time to the design I had concerns about it. After voicing it, she got annoyed and tried packing everything up as if she was saying she was done with my service. I then got this response "it's not pretty? That's your fault" 1) that isn't only rude but completely unprofessional 2) was not my fault as I voiced what i wanted kindly several times. Not once have I ever talked to or will ever talk to a client who is spending their money on a service I am giving to them, in that way and tone. After she got purposely sloppy wanting to wrap it up, there was polish on my hands because she didn't care to be clean at that point, she used a nail file to file it off on my skin?? Files can cut people quite easily so I'm unsure why on earth that was thought to do instead of using regular polish remover. Highly don't recommend this nail tech. I telaly.hope the manager corrects the behavior of his employees. Edit: in response to the owner, yes I did get them there. And I had talked to you at the time it was all happening. No I would not like to give a call, please tall with your employees. It was incredibly unprofessional."
"Just had my first appointment with Henry for dip nails. Even though my short nails usually require an acrylic tip, I still prefer for the final product to look very natural (short nails, natural shape, and not a lot of thickness when viewing them from the side). I haven’t always had great success finding someone who can achieve the look I’m going for. However, Henry was great! I’m so happy with how my nails turned out! I will definitely be back!"
"I’ve been going to GT nails for a few years. I get the dip manicures and they last me sooo long; sometimes twice as long as other nail salons. It’s such a great value. The staff is also so friendly. I never plan ahead and they always manage to squeeze me in on the same day I call."
