"I visited Hairdo or Dye for the first time today, 6/7/22. I was about 10 minutes early for my appointment and my stylist, Aerica, was ready for me when I walked in. It had been several years since I had gotten so much as a trim and I desperately needed to have my split ends cleaned up. The last time I had a haircut, I had a bad experience and I vocalized my concerns to Aerica. She was very understanding and made sure I was okay with her plan before she started cutting. "I have been there twice now...giving them more than once to see if it was any better. It wasn't. I walked in both times and I never got a welcome. The seocnd time being the worst. I barely felt like I was even acknowledged by my hairdresser. I was the one that had to intuiate a hello. Also the place again looked kind of dirty...needs to be cleaned better. I was hoping to find a local salon that I loved and sadly to say after today I still will be searching. The haircuts have not been bad but definitely social skills need to be required of her stylists there."
