"My appointment was for 12:30 and was told to come early. Got there early and was taken in and had my mammogram. Told to sit and wait for the radiologist. Sat for 45 minutes as she was at a meeting out of the bldg. Posters everywhere telling of the 6 radiologists and how wonderful they were....and none of them there! Another lady has a 12 o'clock appt and she sat for almost an hour too. She finally left. Need to have their staff there!"
"Oct 3rd, I had a follow exam that was related to my annual. I was refused service bez my PC retired. I was not given a opportunity to step out of line and get a new PC. I was told I needed to handle that on my own. I was upset and disappointed with the way I was treated."
