"Josie Weber Cosmetologis I decided to try hair extensions that Josie started doing and told me about. She didn't tell me that they wouldn't be good my fine hair. I paid $450 for the hair and $164 for the service to have them put on. After a couple days I was very unhappy with them because they felt very tight and very itchy and some of them were visible. I decided to have them removed. Josie was very unhappy with my decision. She removed them in a back room. I told her she did fine, but I just didn't like them, and they are uncomfortable. When she was about done, she called me condescending (I wasn't) and then said she no longer wants to do my hair and I should find a new stylist. I said to her, well I'm happy you have enough customers that you feel it's okay to cut off a customer. It was insulting. Previously, she would call me friend, and say you're funny, etc. then when she was so mad that I wanted them removed and she couldn't make more money from the hair extensions to be moved up every 6 months, another $150 every time. I was thinking how much this cost me, and it was an expensive mistake. I never once blamed her. I really felt crapped on. She wasn't even going to wash my hair after she took them out which she had to use some oil product to get them out and she knew I was going on some errands. I told her she has to wash it out, she carelessly washed and dried it. She then put my hair extensions in a bag. She said I could see someone else. I thought of one Ive seen who works by her and another stylist who was listening said, she's no longer taking new clients. I said oh whatever and left feeling pretty unhappy with how I was treated. That's a joke, they take walk-ins but wouldn't give me the other girls business card. I give them a "F" in customer service! I looked at the extensions at home, she had ruined one of the tie in ones, all the hair was a mess; she just scrunched them together and threw them in a plastic bag. Painful experience· Unfriendly atmosphere I gave the hair away. Huge waste!"

"This is how I left the salon. I was told by stylist doing my hair that she had 2 year’s experience, I even asked the owners how much experience this stylist had and they wouldn’t tell me. I later learned she had a lot less experience. Owners response was unapologetic and explained it is difficult to wash/rinse the base of the head. The owners were only willing to correct my color due to the stylist error on the same day they talk to me or I needed to take the refund. The cost to fix this is way more than the refund."
