"This was horrible, I have curly hair, so I am used to painful bad hair cuts, but this was the worst. I said I didn’t want any product AT All, she immediately put gel in my hair. Then she yanked through my hair with a small comb (from the crown down, not bottom up) super hard. She didn’t even bother to spritz with water as she went, so my hair was drying while she was yanking it. I now have a headache from the perfume in the gel and from my hair being yanked from my head."
