"I’m really upset. I scheduled an appointment here for prom for them to do my hair. I scheduled enough in advance to get an appointment. They called me a week before prom saying they had me scheduled for a nail tech instead of hair. They also only booked me for a hair stylist that can only do my hair down or the sides, not fully up. I ended up canceling my appointment. It would’ve been nice to know sooner rather than a week before prom."
"The first couple times I had my nails done I was pleased but the last two times I have not been happy with the results, I keep having the nails break and very sore fingers from filing my cuticles and as a result i have several bleeding hangnails. Time to try someplace new!"
