"I really wanted to love this place but unfortunately I’m still looking for a local place to call my go-to. Nails started lifting after a week & a half and I haven’t had that happen in years with other places I’ve gone too. Super disappointing because I had high hopes. Charged me more for “gel” powder which I know isn’t a thing & didn’t even give me a chance to say no. Nails were all different sizes. I will definitely not be back. Edit: Went to another salon today & once the polish was removed, over 50% of the nail has lifted on each hand. The tech couldn’t believe how bad they were between the lifting, uneven shape & length, and thickness. I’m so glad I found the new shop who was able to clean up what she did and make them look nothing like what KT did & I can tell these are much stronger and won’t lift. I officially found a new go-to."

"I was very satisfied when i left nothing wrong with the way they did my nails and they were super nice, but unfortunately i’m upset about my gel nail polish chipping so easily, i’ve always gotten gel from a different salon and this has never happened and all i have been doing was working and I wear gloves at work so that wouldn’t do it, I also don’t pick at my nails or anything. I will unfortunately not be returning to this salon"
