"Worst pharmacy I've gone through. I transferred my prescription here when Otsego Coborns pharmacy closed down. You sit on hold for anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour to ATTEMPT to get ahold of anybody. When I finally got ahold of somebody, they told me that they don't have the prescription in stock and haven't order it. The medication got sent in on Friday at 9am and I called Sunday. I'll be switching again. Don't waste your time. Drive the extra miles to a different pharmacy."

"Absolutely the worst pharmacy ever. They don't fill your prescription until you call and ask the status. To check the status you have to call and are put on hold and it's 40 plus minutes minimum every time. This isn't a one time deal. It's every single time, and when you can't get a hold of anyone it faster to go in, then they tell you it will be ready in 20 minutes.I will never use Walgreens again and I'm contacting the better business bureau"

"I cannot complain more about the pharmacy help, I've had met a few nice pharmacists and 95% of the time I had interacted with rude, disrespectful pharmacists whom I asked a simple question about my prescription. I've been going to this one for 4 + years and everytime it had something to do with a prescription they had made it extremely difficult for me and my doctor. I do not recommend this stupid walgreens unless you want to play a game of back and fourth."

"I came in there on Saturday 1/13 I think around 4 or 5o'clock in the after noon I was going to get lotion and a chocolate heart. I couldn't f8nd the lotion I wanted. No big deal so I just got the chocolate heart. When pay8ng for it the clerk that ook my money..aiI d8dn$?'t get her name but she was awfully rude. After I was done paying I was putting my money in my wallet and my wallet in my purse and putting my gloves on. There was a customer behind me. I get it you want get customers in and of there. What rubbed me the wrong way was instead of politely asking me to move my things over she just picked up my keys and the heart and moved them over. I did not appreciate that. Usually I get good service there but Saturday it was not."
