"Got my nails done 2 almost 3 weeks ago. Before I went I called to see how much it was for a full set with gel they said $45 which I thought wasn’t bad. I then went to pay there was a $2 card use fee with a sign up stating that which some places have that so I was to annoyed, but then got told it was an extra $5 for the shape of my nails (coffin) which I though was weird because I never been charged for the shape. When I was getting them done I noticed a nail was really uneven I told the lady and she looked a bit annoyed that I said something. I did like the way they looked when I left though. A couple of days later I noticed that more nails were uneven, but figured I’d just wait until I got them filled. Then a couple days ago my middle finger nail on my right hand fell off when I was closing a tote and flew across my storage. Today I picked up a box to bring to my car and my left hand middle finger broke off. I’m disappointed that this happened as I’ve never had this happen before. Granted I know I need a fill but my nails shouldn’t just pop off. I don’t think I’ll be going back."

"Cindy did a fantastic job on my nails for my sister's wedding. This is only the third time Ive gotten a full set and I think this is my favorite so far! Definitely would recommend. Super relaxing atmosphere I felt so at ease."

"Horrible experience ! I booked my appointment for me and my friends for a pedicures and manicures at 11 . I called to let them know I would be 5 minutes late I was told by Vickie the manager that it was ok and to take my time . We get there and all the technicians were busy . It was 1130 and another woman that had an appointment was brought to the pedicure chair while me and my friends were still waiting . 12 o clock came around didn’t bother asking my friend who is 13 what type of pedicure she would like she assumed the basic all because she is not an adult like why would that matter if she is paying for it My friend was not asked what type of pedicure and the manager told her you can leave or go to another nail salon like why so rude . Me and my friends nails were rushed I would not recommend coming here I am not the only one or group of people to have come in and experience this type of behavior apparently they are rude and they rush you . We were blamed for being the reason they couldn’t take anymore customers Bottom line we were there for 3hours . They couldn’t handle it they over booked Also they have hidden fees apparently the price chart is old and does not mention that they will charge you the length and type of shape you need . Like why isn’t this posted somewhere this is scam ! I was so disappointed and I will be completing a complaint with the Minnesota board of cosmetologists examiners to take further action . Yes we were given $5 dollars off for each of our services and a stamp card with 5 more visits to get another discount. I will never return and do not recommend this place or staff . Those that rated higher probably caught them on a very slow day also they will change up the color you initially selected and if they are super busy they will not take care of what uses in you need because all they see in $$$$$$ and I’m a huge believer in paying for what you get . We were disrespected and rushed so no we will never return again"
