"Lost our business, as of yesterday. My husband had a good experience the first time. We scheduled our son who is Autistic after speaking with J about it. First appointment was cancelled by staff saying they were stuck in the cities with a flat tire (ok, totally understandable and we respect that) However, yesterday, my husband was a few minutes late, due to construction and a hold up getting through from Sacred Heart to Granite Falls. J was nowhere to be found and his ignorant brother couldn't be bothered to keep the appointment. He looked at my husband and said, "I have someone coming at 11, I don't have time" He had 25 minutes!!! My husband explained our son was nervous and they got stuck being rerouted. We are also new to this area, so do not know it as well as many others. Apparently playing on your cell phone was more important than doing business. As business owners ourselves, this is definitely not the way to conduct business(especially with new clients)"

Honestly I've been cutting his hair at home and it's nice to see what a professional can do. Price was very reasonable and the atmosphere was great.
