Dwaine's Barber Shop

"Very Disappointed in this barber shop and sad seeing the unprofessionalism. We stopped by there today in hopes to get our two sons a haircut since our normal barber was very booked. When I walked in the barber was sitting in the barber chair with his feet up relaxing and I nicely asked if they had any availability. He very rudely said "Don't you see these three people waiting" as he pointed to the people in the waiting room so we Thanked him for his time and told him to have a nice day. Again he was not doing anything except relaxing in his chair and was not even tending to the customers in the waiting room. The shop looked very unkept and it was super messy in the barber area with cluttered countertops scattered with junk. It reminded me of a cross between a hoarders home and someone who has clearly given up on his profession and doesn't care anymore. I really wanted to give this barber shop and gentleman a chance at becoming out backup barber but what happened today has really left a bad impression. A message to the owner - If you are reading this please know that your customers are your bread and butter and they are what pay your bills and give you an income to keep your shop doors open. It is time that you realize this and hopefully make some changes in the future to how you interact with customers and how you treat them."
