Big Chicken

"My son wanted to try Shaq's Big Chicken and Slim Chickens for comparison. Although Big Chicken was priced a little higher, the value is there. The chicken tenders were bigger, juicier, and better seasoned at Big Chicken hands down. The chicken from Slim's was dry and under seasoned. We will definitely be back. 10/10. For reference the chicken on the left is from Slim Chickens and the one on the right is from Big Chicken."

"Well I decided to give it one more chance and instead try the Springdale location since Fayetteville was so bad last week. My order started out a little rough when the server told me that the sweet potato waffle fries have been discounted, which was most the reason I decided to try again. I was surprised that for a Saturday night there were only 10 customers inside when the place sits like 80 or something. I got the original chicken sandwich again, crinkle fries and tried the tenders. Unfortunately the sandwich was kind of cold again and that bun just seemed like it came out of the bag and no toasting at all. The fries were ok and the tenders were also just ok. I just don’t think Big Chicken is all that big and it will probably be my last time trying."

"I love fried chicken. It’s hard to find in NWA. I don’t like Slim’s or Cane’s. I had doubts about this new place, but I didn’t have anything to lose by trying. Co workers said to try the grilled cheese, so my husband was intrigued to get that. I wanted to see how good the fry was on the strips before purchasing a sandwich. So, I got the 5 strip combo. Our food arrived super hot and fresh! My husband’s sandwich was gigantic!! The fry on my strips was well seasoned and fried perfectly! Juicy, tender, and delicious! We also loved the sauce choices. BC sauce and chipotle bbq together was nothing short of awesomeness. Good job team! You did a wonderful job. Kudos! See ya soon."

"They definitely give you big portions. Was $32 for both of us; two meals basically and it was a lot of food. We asked about gluten free options but they didn't know what that was. Wish they had a little more training to help. We will be back."

"Food is just lacking when it comes to a good overall flavor. Staff was very nice. Everyone was working great as a team. Place was very clean. Out of all chicken places I've been to I would say this one is at the bottom of the list when it comes taste."
