"Were transferred to Dr. Danel after he bought out Smile, Inc. In comparison to the amazing treatment we had with Dr. Nuveen, the whole operation is rude, pushy, uncompasionate and the only reason we continue to go here is because we already paid for the service. Called, left several voicemail, didn't get calls back, refused to schedule an appointment, then said it would be months out before we could be seen. Wishing all of the treatments could have been done before going down this route. Had heard from several friends they did not like the treatment plans and difficulty of getting things done. Dr. Danel as a person seems nice enough, but definitely not impressed with the clinic or it's overall processes and team."
