"My experience since the beginning has always been amazing. My doctor was great, the hygienist was awesome but the reception specifically Amanda who said she was the manager did not have great customer service skills and was actually quite rude to me. I called to reschedule my appt that I made 6 months ago because I will now be out of town during that time. I let her know that I really needed to keep my appt in the same month that it was already scheduled in due to me having surgery and having braces. She did not have any sympathy and actually told me that my appt wasn’t an emergency. She then scheduled me 2 months later. I canceled and booked different facility who could get me in sooner. All it takes is one person to ruin an experience. Thanks! Update: after leaving this review the manager called me back and offered me a sooner date. Thanks."

"Quality dental work you can depend on. Friendly caring staff always with a warm welcome. From cleaning, to cavities, to braces, I've always been very pleased. The sincere care and comfort they give makes a trip to the dentist office an enjoyable experience."

"Back in the 60's I lived in Grand Forks & by word of mouth, found an excellent dentist on the east side. Dr. J. McDonald had his office downtown near the river. Presently I drive 60 + miles to McDonald Dentristry and its worth every mile. These people are pleasant, gentle, efficient, up to date and do everything in their power to help me keep my own teeth. Besides this their office staff is so welcoming & pleasant that they make me feel more like Iv'e come to visit an old friend. I'm remembered, greeted, invited to sit, have some coffee or water. Upon leaving I'm never left to just go out the door, forgotten til next appointment. The friendly "good byes, have a good day" are uplifting leaving me feeling good about myself & ready to do some shopping before going home. For as long as I am able to get there, its McDonald Dentistry for me."

"I have been a patient of Dr. Chris for many years. He is very professional and has gained my trust completely. He remains current in the latest dental practices and on several occasions improvised expertly when the situation demanded. The office atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. It is clean with plenty of interesting reading material. Cold water is available. A restroom is easily accessible. The hygienist is also excellent and takes great care to provide an expert cleaning. Two observations: The outside handicap parking stall needs to be repainted and an electric handicap door would be very helpful for those who benefit from such conveniences."
