Aspen Dental - Grand Forks, ND

"Terrible place. It took a whole year for me to get a cleaning, took 2 hours for the cleaning. Taking 2 months for a lower night guard because the girl keeps putting in an upper night guard order even though it is supposed to be Lower. I paid $261 and I’m seriously thinking of a refund. I also had trouble with my first appointment because they kept saying I didn’t have dental but they never called my insurance I had to call them myself. They are nice, however, I feel that some don’t know how to do their jobs because she was forcing the night guard on me even though I told her it hurt and I had a lower not upper, the girl that did the cleaning was hurting me so bad my gums and teeth was so sensitive for a whole 2 weeks, my gums were swollen and bleeding. The entire experience with them had been terrible and frustrating. Do not recommend it."

"The staff were very knowledgeable and explained everything very well for I understood. The clinic is very need clean organized and again the service was superb! I left the appointment knowing there was a good possibility they could help me and for that I appreciate it."

"I overheard the receptionist on the phone while waiting 3 hours total for a cleaning and she said, "We can leave early if we get them all to come in today." I waited patiently, but I noticed it was a quiet office.. it didn't feel busy, so I understood that I should take my presence to a business that works hard; there are other options."

"Grand Forks location - The dentist and hygienist were fine. The office is ran terribly though. They lost my first appt and then charged me for fluoride that I didn't want. Then, I never received my refund for it - even after calling to confirm they would process it. If they get a new office manager, I feel like the place could be solid. She chooses to not follow several company policies that help other locations run smoothly. If you have a choice with your insurance, I recommend going elsewhere. Also, I suspect Aspen will reply here escalating the feedback to that team? Don't bother. I'm sure that will just be seen by the aforementioned office manager and since she is the problem, it's a waste of time."
