"HUGE HUGE shoutout to Jessica!! I told her I was sad about a shoe that was out of stock and the one size they had didn't fit. She went out of her way to call up stores around the midwest and got a store to ship the shoes to Eagan. I've been trying to get these exact shoes and checking websites every week for 8 months. I am so beyond grateful that Jessica went out of her way for me. Even when I told her she didn't have to."

"Came in with my friend today because she wanted to buy some shoes. When we walked in no one greeted us. There were a total of 3 you go girls, one looked a bit older maybe there was two teenagers as well. The two teenagers were doing nothing but standing behind the register. My friend found the shoe she was looking for and asked the older girl if she could get it in a different size, she was nice and went to get her size. Two ladies walked in and they were greeted by the two teenagers. It’s a small store and we know they saw us but didn’t say anything. When we were ready to check out, the two teenagers didn’t even look at us and didn’t attend us at all. The girl who helped us earlier rung us out but got caught in the conversation with the two other teenagers and took forever finally ring us. Hours passed and we went home, but my friend texted me saying that the shoes she bought were two different styles. Now she has to go back to eat the right ones but this wouldn’t have happened if they had done their job and payed attention."
