"Every visit to White House Black Market, in Eagan, is a worthy trip! This trip was especially awesome because Barb was there to help me. She made great suggestions and brought the right size to me, while I was trying items on. She made this shopping trip really easy and, well, kinda fun! She introduced me to WHBM jeans and WOW!!! What a find! They fit me like they were custom made for me! They will definitely be my new fav-go-to jeans! Really though, the entire crew at WHBM in Eagan is always welcoming and helpful. I love shopping WHBM Eagan. Great fashion, great prices and great people! Merry Christmas, WHBM Staff!!"

"The employees at this location seem to be trained to push you to get a smaller size, especially if you wear a double-digit size. On two separate occasions, I have tried something that felt small and asked for the next size up. They never carry anything over a 14 in store, even though their website goes to 18 and has standard and curvy fits, and they won't offer to order it for you. The salesperson told me "no, that fits" even when it clearly didn't. During my most recent experience here, I heard both salespeople tell me and other customers that we didn't need a bigger size or should try a smaller one because "it's stretchy." Employees should provide honest feedback and offer assistance to find the right fit, not display the dishonesty that I have witnessed here. I don't appreciate feeling like I am being discriminated against because of my size, and I won't shop at a store where I have been made to feel this way."

"I was here in February 2015 and my experience was beyond wonderful!!! I had some down time waiting for some other business to be complete, so I stopped in this outlet with a gift card I received from my hubby. I was so excited to finally use it (I have a 2 yr old so shopping for myself is a chore and DOESN'T happen often). The two women helping me were Linda & Kathryn. I can't say enough about how fabulous they were. Helped me find what I needed but didn't bombard me with constant "how can I help you's?". Just the right amount of service! I live completely opposite of this location otherwise I would stop in often :) When in the area, I will most definitely return. Thanks ladies!"
