"Pretty disappointed with my experience. After about 3.5 hours this is what my balloons looked like - I immediately brought them inside when I got home, so there’s no reason for this. I called the generic customer service number today to ask for help or options and the lady was extremely rude and did not seem to care (she was not from this location it must have been corporate). After searching online it looks like I could have purchased something called “high float”, but that was never given as an option to me while purchasing my balloons yesterday. I have purchased latex balloons from other stores in the past and they have lasted 2+ days. I will not be purchasing from party city in the future."

"I wanted to get hero balloons for a surgical staff that did a surgery on my loved one. They did not have hero balloons so I ordered them online and then brought them into the store and they blew him up for me. It Took a little longer than I wanted but I got the job done."

"In line a long time. People filling balloons instead of checking out people. There was four people behind the counter. Just need a better plan of action when u have customers waiting while u fill 20 balloons and then decorate them. Otherwise the staff was friendly."

"Avoid going to this store especially on weekends. You will see some lazy service team members who don’t know how to do returns without a receipt and who make you to wait and don’t do anything. I went to return couple items i bought in this store for my wife’s birthday. I didn’t have the right receipt. The lazy lady who doesn’t know how to do returns made me wait more than 25 minutes and did nothing. So i had to leave the store without returning and went to some other party city store to return."
