"Went into the store earlier this week just to browse, I was greeted immediately by kind smiles and hellos. I was entirely unsure of my sizing as my body has changed so much since having a kid, Jo was so knowledgeable and was able to size me for clothing just by looking at me! She did take my measurements for a bra and I felt properly fitted for the first time in years. Got a few new outfits I love, one that I normally wouldn’t have looked at but took Jos advice to try it on! They also had a fantastic deal on their clearance that made it that much easier to take more home with me. Thank you Jo and the Torrid staff!"

"Store was nice and spacious, still has 'that new store' smell. I did go in knowing exactly what I was looking for, but I was still greeted and offered help. I did run into a problem when trying on clothes but the associate on the floor (unfortunately I didn't ask her name) was very helpful. The other associate (manager?) was also super friendly. Found out the store's only been open for 2 weeks, and def still has a 'new store' smell if you're sensitive to that. Just as a note to maybe the owner, the dressing rooms (at least the very first one) need to be made easier to close. The door would look closed but wouldn't actually latch. It takes a fair amount of force (loud) to close it fully. That said, I would still go back next time I'm able to."
