Reviews
"would recommend shopping here!"
"Management sucks. Wouldn’t even apologize for being unable to give me store credit for returning a Christmas gift."
"Employees are rude little kids that are more worried about texting or getting snacks from the back then they are about helping customers. The entire time I was in the store they sat behind the register and started at me and my children. We had to ask multiple times to get a fitting room and when I went to purchase my sons items the girls behind the register ignored us and continued their conversation for a few mins until I spoke up and asked what the issue with ringing us out was. I understand that help is hard to find but bad help is worse than no help. We will no longer ship this retailer. This is not an isolated experience but seems to be the trend across multiple locations."
"I went to this store to process a return because I was charged the wrong price on an item. The sales clerk was nice but didn't know how to do it, so she asked her manager, she said could not be done without even looking at the receipt or coming to the register. She was busy "flirting" with a guy. This is the reason no one shops at the malls anymore. Customer service doesn't exist anymore, the manager told me she wasn't "afraid" if I called corporate."
