"My husband bought shoes at the Eden Prairie location today. Jake was our salesman. It's been a long time since we had someone so knowledgeable assisting us. He measured my husband's feet, asked about his medical issues, and about the kind of work he does. He then came out with three pairs of shoes, the first of which my husband liked but wasn't sure of. Once Jake looked at the fit he got up and grabbed a specific pair of insoles to add. The shoes then were perfect! After we left and walked around the mall my husband was amazed how great the shoes felt and he said so out loud--something he only very rarely does. I knew then we had made a great investment. "For the second time in 6 months Tradehome has messed up my order. I won’t go into the first but 2 weeks ago i ordered a shoe. $129.00. Was told it would be delivered to my home within a week. After 2 weeks i went to the EP store and they denied it was to have been shipped. Said they had called and left messages that shoes were in. (Had not. Same deal last time). Brought out shoe (which they had placed on the floor for sale) and proceeded to tell me this was the shoe I’d ordered. It was not. Argued with me. Finally admitted wrong shoe has been ordered. He reluctantly agreed to refund my money and said the cost of the shoes would be deducted from the paycheck of the salesman who made the mistake. When i said that was wrong he hinted it was my fault for wanting my money back. At no time did he offer to expedite an order. Said he could check w other stores but I’d have to go pick them up. Done with this store!!!"
