"The staff here honestly were the most helpful and friendly of any AE store I've ever been to. Granted, it wasn't super busy. However, every single person working helped me or offered to help in some way and went above and beyond to find the things i was looking for in the sizes i needed. I will for sure go back."

"Went here to do a return, the poor girl was struggling to figure out how to do the return through the new system. The manager wouldn’t physically come over to help her and instead stood across the store talking through the headset. Extremely infuriating that she wouldn’t help her employees. Took 10 minutes to get the return done. I work in retail, with returns. You shouldn’t need the name, phone number, and address to do a return unless it is store credit."

"I love this company, I love shopping here BUT I’m embarrassed at the amount of snobbishness and attitude displayed by the employees. I was not greeted, I was not asked if I needed any help, and was glared at by the employees for asking for a fitting room before being talked down to. I found some jeans I liked but I just can’t support spending $70-100 dollars on multiple jeans when I was treated so poorly. Would recommend management talk to employees about attitudes during the day. Not cool."

"first of all the sales are very misleading. We were told that the jeans we were buying were on sale for 30$ per pair. However when we went to checkout, we were informed that instead of getting the sale, we were having to pay the full price of 134.99$. Another thing is the employees are very rude. When we said we were putting the jeans away, the employee said and i quote,” Oh, so you’re not going to get any of them?” in a VERY condescending tone. I am very disappointed in american eagle and the employees that they hire because i have been here multiple times and have had similar problems."

"Walked into the store and was told everything is 40% off except for the clearance items. That was the highlight of my experience. I spent the rest of the time being watched by the employees as if i were going to steal. Which was not helped by the fact that a security tag broke on a sweater that I ended up buying. I tried to do the right thing and immediately told the cashier about the issue and instead it was her priority to act as if i intentionally broke it. Extremely hostil environment, especially during the checkout process. She could not get me out of the store fast enough."
