"We had the cord on our vacuum repaired in minutes and for a very fair price. $15 on a sunday before they closed. We were very pleased . Thank you. We recomend!"
"I haven't had them do any work on my Sanitaire yet, but I called yesterday, 10 minutes before they were supposed to close according to their website, and said i was on my way to pick up a pair of rubber end caps for the beater bar on my upright vacuum. He asked where I was coming from, I told him the other side of 35E, but was just about to cross it on Wheelock. He said, "OK, I'll wait for you. " The open sign was still on, and my parts were at the counter. I was in & out in under a minute, and even had a moment to ask about repair fees, which seem much more reasonable than the vacuum store in Roseville (they charged me over $150 to repair a machine that originally cost me just $59; but that was nearly 20 yrs ago). YES, it's the Eureka "Boss" upright, designed almost identically to Eureka Company's Commercial Sanitaire, but it's made with a lot more lightweight plastic throughout, so it's easier on your pocket and your aching back; it just won't take as much rambunctious abuse. That is all. Cheap, easy to find F&G disposable bags, easy to replace; machines are designed to easily & quickly replace the belt, too. (P.S. Not that many other brands take abuse any better)"
"Some time ago, I took my broken/ leaking Hoover carpet cleaner to be repaired. Owner did a great job. Owner even advised that I should store my Hoover OFF the cement floor (on wood chocks) so seals wouldn’t degrade. Thank you!"
"I must say, after reading the reviews, I am shocked. My experience with this store was terrible. I called, had a man answer, I started talking but apparently didn't say what he wanted to hear right away as he hung up on me. I called back, he picked up the phone and hung it up right away. Out of curiosity, I went into the store to see if he could fix the cord that had been chewed by my dog. He said that my vacuum was toast, that it would be too much for him to repair and that I should just buy a new one from him! To top it off, he said he could take my vacuum and "recycle it for free". Honestly this seemed like a scam, seemed like the guy wanted to repair my vacuum and resell it, and have me buy a new one. Went to A-1 vacuum off fairview, super friendly guy had it fixed and had me out the door within 10 minutes and for 40 dollars. I would avoid this shop like the plague, owner has a terrible attitude and work ethic."
"Great experience there. Owner is super nice, helpful and professional. I bought the vacuum i want and will definitely come back to buy more there. 5-star experience."
