"Called them for service on a stove that would not light. Inquired from 2 other company’s Merit being at the top of my google search. I didn’t even get a call back or email from them. I called Shorties and they called almost immediately and got a tech out the next day. The techs are knowledgeable and quick. Also being very transparent and pragmatic. Took apart stove and pointed out exactly what they were going to do. Eric and Rob were my technicians. Besides the great technicians the people over the phone were nice and pleasant. Hats off to Jen too. After repairs were done the price was reasonable and affordable. Will use them again if I run into anything else."

"I bought a used washer and dryer combo from Shortie's Appliances in the summer of 2023. Both appliances worked great. Then, around six months later, the washer appeared to not be washing our clothes properly. We called Shortie's and quickly had a specialist come out and conduct a repair. However, the issue still persisted. I was very impressed by the way Shortie's was willing to work with me and find options after repeated visits to attempt a repair. Ultimately, we went with a different washer at Shortie's and it has been working great. I was incredibly pleased with Shortie's customer service and will definitely be using them in the future.
