"I've bought a few appliances here without incident. No problem, but when things go wrong their customer service is terrible. We bought an oven that was delivered without oven racks. Here we are nearly a month later and a dozen phone calls and still missing an oven rack. Megan has been apologetic when she is reachable, but says she will follow up with details but doesn't. Another manager was rude to my wife today when she called to try to finally remedy this. All in all a very frustrating experience. Edit: update here we are a couple weeks later. No phone calls or emails from anyone to help us out. Entering our third month without all our oven racks. At first I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt since we'd had good service here before, but now I can't help but laugh at how comically bad their customer service was. In our last communication we were told we should consider it a blessing we had a stove top we could use."
