"In need of a new washing machine, we tried a local Minneapolis appliance specialist and a big box store first, but didn't find anyone who knew anything about Speed Queen appliances until we found EP Appliance. In one conversation (on the phone!), we learned more and got better service than at all the other places put together. The delivery/install costs were lower, and the delivery crew was top notch - on time, very careful, and very fast. Highest recommendation for Lisa and the rest of EP Appliance team!"
"I can no longer recommend Eden Prairie Appliance. We purchased our appliances from them. I called because we needed service again on the fridge. I was told they no longer perform those services. I would highly recommend shopping somewhere else. Purchase from a company that stands behind the products they sell and will be there to service them in the future. Eden Prairie Appliance is no longer that company. EDIT: See owner response below. 3+ weeks later and no follow-up. In addition, the first time it lost cooling they recommended paying to have a charging port added and then to pay for a recharge as that would be the least costly alternative. Now that they have stopped servicing it, the story has changed and they want me to buy an entirely new fringe vs having a relatively lost cost recharge performed."
"I had a very bad experience at a well known non-big box twin cities appliance retailer several years ago. Luckily I discovered Mark at Eden Prairie Appliance and have since purchased multiple appliances from him and been 100% happy with the results. He is knowledgeable and a good communicator. The one time when an appliance arrived with a problem, he resolved it right away. I would not buy an appliance anywhere else."
