"Horrible experience. Went into the store to make a purchase. Once the manager noticed it was a large purchase, he moved me to The Home Theater department so they could "Ring it out correctly". At that point some lady took over who was adamant that I needed to have a consult come out to my home to see the setup... I declined and she insisted that they would call me.. Why would I drive 30 minutes to a store and leave empty handed just so someone can call me and take my order over the phone? Anyway the guy called me and he was very polite but it was a nightmare. We were on the phone for over two hours. And it still did not work out entirely as we wanted but the guy on the phone was very pleasant. That was a horrible experience..... why on earth does someone need to come out to my house?????? I literally could not purchase what I drove 30 mins for... This is a very sales hungry approach and makes Best Buy seem desperate for upselling at the expense of customer experience and consent. Canceling my Total Tech Support. Pathetic!!!!"

"Went in there looking to get a laptop and normally when browsing in a laptop area at a Best Buy you get asked if you need help several times. We waited for nearly 15-20 minutes with several employees walking by and looking at us and nobody asked us for help or asked to get help in the computer area as there was one person ringing up a couple the whole time with a few other customers waiting. It was frustrating to not get any help the one time we were ready to make a big purchase when normally you get sales pitches left and right when you’re just browsing."

"Remember when best buy was everywhere and had everything electronics you ever wanted? Remember going here instead of circuit city cause circuit city staff was on commission and best buy wasn't? Yeah its the same store, but people seem a bit more high pressure, especially in the computer area. Still better prices online for most stuff but it's good to know we have a local place to get random stuff."

"I made an appointment for iPhone battery replacement. I drove 80 miles round trip for this appointment. Their website promises easy and relatively cheap battery replacement with just making an appointment and showing up to the Geek Squad counter. Here's what the website doesn't tell you- 1) It will cost more than what's listed on the website. 2) They won't replace the battery in your iPhone unless they can "diagnose" it first. Never mind that you checked your battery performance on your phone and followed Apple's recommendation to replace it, and followed Apple's recommendation link for a service center (Best Buy) to fix it. 3) Since your battery is not functioning properly, the chances of your phone staying on are pretty slim right? They can't diagnose your phone's issues unless your phone will power on and stay on long enough to diagnose. 4) If they are able to diagnose your phone, and if they decide it's actually a battery issue and agree to replace it, your phone will be sent away to another location to be worked on. Estimated work time 6 hours. Save your time, gas and effort and go someplace else. I drove over to Batteries Plus, had a new battery in my phone in 45 minutes, and now my phone is working great. I wish I would have gone there first."

"Hidden gem for sure. Underground parking is underrated for sure! The winter months here, every business needs underground parking. Not only underground parking, but a lot of underground parking at that! This location didn't what I needed but the staff were friendly and helped me figure out where it was. Staff are willing to help and talk tech for as long as you'd like to. The customer service at this location is top tier. You're bound to come here and window shop and walk out with items after talking with staff. Parking is easy and the location is easy to find being off a major road in the city. This could be your one stop shop for sure. Let me know if you had a different experience."
