"I picked up online order, which was fully paid, and they won’t let me out because I got 10 pc of baseboards instead of 16 that was on the paper. So I didn’t care and didn’t complain that store sold and received money for product that they don’t have, instead cashier and customer service accused me in shoplifting, and made me wait until they will verify CCTV cameras. Because their system showed them that I already took partially my order. Basically the whole situation was so confused that it’s just hard to describe. 10 min later without explanations what happened , quietly made credit of six baseboards, and wish me good luck. Very rude!!!"

"Their selection is better than Hone Depot and staff is helpful. Returns are a nightmare cause they don’t have it linked to your credit card unless you go to a separate machine to look up the transaction, very archaic. They NEED to model Home Depot and Lowe’s on this or game a Pro Account Store is clean and well organized. The piano player on second floor is a great touch."

"My dad went in to this store today to get a jacket that was on sale as listed on their website. The manager Molly refused to give the jacket at the discounted price as stated online. She was rude and belittled him. My dad proceeded to go to a different store in SLP and had a wonderful experience. AVOID this location if you have to deal with management or want to buy a product without the hassle of false advertising. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT! WATCH OUT FOR MOLLY."

"HATE their 15% off brown bag sale. Such an incredible waste of paper. While the cashier unloads the items from the bag, the customer loads items into plastic bags at the other end of the conveyor belt. Then, because the brown paper bag is usually torn from being loaded with items while shopping, the cashier "recycles" the bag. Most "recycling" ends up in landfill. One brown bag per customer slows down the line because couples divide to make separate purchases. Stupid marketing concept."

"Double check your orders on online orders that you pick up. Knuckleheads don't seem to think that your entire order matters. This was also after the clerk in the order Department checked the order also. Update Got ahold of a manager. They were quite friendly and refunded all the missing items. The only reason I'm not giving it more stars is because I was on a job site, and it screwed up my work for the day. = income."
