"Sadly, after over 10 years of a very positive experience we had a complete 180 to the point that we will not use or recommend Ditter again. Imagine being charged $300 for a $45 thermostat on top a $100 diagnostic fee for 42 mins *start to finish". The communication from Ditter was far from customer centric and ambiguous to say the least. We left it to them to decide what restitution should be made - to this date there has been no offer made. Clearly management philosophy has changed and they don't understand the concept of customer lifetime value and word of mouth marketing. If you choose to use them a) ensure you get a clear breakdown of costs/charges before moving forward and b) get a second quote. We did there are others out there that are definitely cheaper ."
"We came home from a family trip on New Years Eve day and walked into our house at 4:30pm, and it sounded like an airplane was about to take off. Our heating system needed help! Taylor was there in an hour and fixed the broken damper. He also did it on NYE with a great attitude, conversation and customer service . It’s experiences like this that make me a permanent customer of Ditter. Thank you for the help in a pinch!!! I recommend Ditter to all of our friends."
