"Avid replaced our old furnace and very old air conditioner with two high efficiency units. The process was fantastic. So are the results. Conrad was incredibly patient and helpful. He answered all of my questions. He came out to our house and evaluated our needs. He understood that this was a big investment and not to be made lightly. He also gave me an education. The office staff was always friendly. Responses to any question I had were always quick. Conrad and the installation team operated like a finely tuned machine. Everyone at this company is a real pro.
