"Service was great but the last 2 times I have been there they have lost the cover to my oil filter and I did not notice until several months later. When I went to go change my oil I was having trouble getting my bolt out. Noticed that when I had gotten my oil changed the last time here they have stripped my bolt for my oil pan. I tried everything to get the bolt out and it did not come out so I had to go and buy a whole new oil pan just for 1 bolt that wouldn’t come out because they over tightened it. Service is great but will never be going back."

"I'd like to preface this by saying I rarely leave poor reviews for businesses... But man... what a disappointment. These guys are fine until they mess up and ruin your transmission, *admit* that they messed up, and then later refuse to fix it. Seriously, it's a numbers game.... if you get your oil changed there enough, they are likely to mess up at some point. I get it; mistakes happen. But when they do, a reputable business fixes their mistakes. Do not be the person who gets stuck dealing with them. I'm currently still in the process. If they actually just did the right thing right away, this would have already been taken care of. Instead, it's this long drawn out complicated process. You don't want this. Trust me."

Despite being extremely short-staffed, the team went above and beyond to provide me with excellent customer service. They were upfront about the potential delay and did their best to accommodate everyone quickly. They ensured that my vehicle was well taken care of, which gave me peace of mind. "Positives: There was less than a 5 minute wait and the workers were very friendly. Negatives: The prices are outrageous. They charged 73% MORE for an oil change than the dealership had charged me just 3 months earlier (I always assumed dealerships were more expensive!). They are BIG on trying to up-sell you. There were several services they "suggested" that I likely would have had them do, but just knowing I was already being gouged on the oil change, I had to assume the prices for the other services were way out-of-line as well. I did say yes to getting the air filter changed... but that was a poor choice on my part. I drove less than a mile away and my vehicle started making noises it had never made before. When I returned to tell them, they checked and said it was because they had installed the air filter incorrectly. This was my first visit ever to a Valvoline and I will not return. Unfortunate."

"Went to this location for an oil change, during the oil change the tech was filling the oil with a funnel, he was not holding on to the funnel and the funnel proceeded to tip over while he was filling it. When he went to grab the funnel as it fell in to the engine he was still pouring oil out of his canister which proceeded to go all over the engine. He tried cleaning it up which resulted in him getting oil on everything he touched from then on. My car was dripping oil for over 2 weeks from this mess. I had little confidence the tech even filled the correct amount of oil in to the engine, I checked this on my own and that was one thing that was done right... Unless you like oil dripping from your car and oil all over the engine, I would avoid this place."
