Got my car up and running like new again and they even stayed a few minutes after close to help me get my car back once it was done since I was running late after work which was extremely helpful. I came across this place when looking for somewhere that partners with my warranty from the dealership I purchased my car from, and I am simply amazed by how professional, friendly, upfront, honest and downright SPEEDY these people are! Ciarra (hopefully that’s how it’s spelled!) was amazing in keeping contact with me throughout the repair process. She handled the warranty talks and let me know everything they saw and gave me heads up on things to keep an eye on. This is HUGE to me as I have taken this same vehicle to an actual manufacturer service center where they submitted the warranty claim incorrectly for a repair that should have been covered and cost me close to $2,000. These amazing people also made sure to inform me of damage to my tires and was able to get them replaced for a very reasonable price. Not only did they take care of all that, do an AMAZING job on the repair. I was fortunate enough that they got it all done THE SAME DAY! Now THAT is a solid first impression! Obviously, I’m sure not all repairs can be done as quickly but even if I had to wait a week, the customer service and great vibe of the place has me set as a lifetime customer for anything I need in the future (warranty related or not)!"
