"Had a basic oil change done, appointment was set for 5 but I showed up late, but front desk man was very kind and got me in and out in a reasonable manner, inspection feature was very helpful in giving me a real insight on was was wrong, what can be wrong, and what I can do to make my drive more comfortable.
