Arby's

"Very unhappy with the service I received when call after I drove home 20 minutes to realize I was missing a fish sandwich, half pound roast beef and a beef and cheeder. Called was told I could come back up and was told I lived 20 minutes away. Then was told I get two free meals the next time I can. Said that's not right I already paided for the food. Asked to have the money creidted back, was told I would have drive back up to get credit, also was told it was a busy day and sorry that they couldn't make me happy and was hung up on. Drove back up and wanted to speel to who hung up was Manger working for night. I said it was rude not good customer service. Said he did right thing. Asked for food was told to leave or there were going to call cops. Poor poor customer service. Not to mention my bill was close to 90 and still didn't get my food or money back and had to go somewhere else and spend more money for food to replace what I didn't get."

"Sat in drive threw line for 40 minutes. Ended up leaving with no food, and going to Taco Johns, along with 4 other people in the 40 min I sat there for no reason. Taco Johns.. Ordered, got food, and was eating in less then 5 min. Arbys in Buffalo is a joke. I have never received fast service there. Unless you have time to kill, pick a different food place."

"I love Arbys and have since the first Arby's appeared in Minneapolis in late 1960's & I'd drive 20+ miles to pick up an order for 6 of us. Today I did NOT get a receipt & the $8.30 brisket sandwich I got was pretty dry. What is happening? I have to ask for a receipt at Taco Bell and now at Arby's in this town. Why? I did not go back to get my receipt & should NOT have to. I understand staff shortages but this has nothing to do with that nationwide problem. I always wait without complaint. The workers have always been polite."

"This was my worst experience ever at this Arby's location. A gal named Anna working the drive-thru was extremely rude for seemingly no reason. There was no ice in any of our drinks and the soda had no carbonation, it was basically sugar water. The food tasted like it's been sitting all day. The fries were lukewarm, the bun was chewy and over toasted, and the roast beef was overly salty (mind you, we went during the normal "lunch rush" around 12:45 PM). The whole thing was bad enough that I don't know if I'll be back to this location until they make some major improvements, starting with the drive-thru staff."

"Did not get what I ordered it. Manager said he would give me fresh ones but the ones he give me were mine to begin with that were still sitting under the heat lamp! Bad service good food my fault for not checking happens evertime I go there."
