"Waited 20 minutes to receive my coffee and it was wrong. Was going to re-order but it didn’t have another 20 minutes to piss away.. Out of all the Starbucks, I’ve been to, this is the absolute worst. The employees work slower than snails! The woman with the Burka only has one speed, very friendly"

"Order drink with some variations. No classic syrup just 3 pumps dark carmel sauce, they did both, and you could see a good 1/4" of carmel sauce on the nottom of the cup after it was stirred in. Asked for a splash of milk, and 2 extra shots of espresso. Got a drink that looked like light brown milk and tasted like carmel milk. The servers do not pay attention to what their supposed to be doing, this is not the first time they've messed up my order."

"I’m extremely disappointed with this location and recommend avoiding it at all cost. I visited the store on 8/24/23. My total came $33.54. I used a gift card for $2.89 so my balance remaining should have been $30.65. Come to my surprise I was charged $70.65 after my visit! Through my research I was shocked to find out that my charge included a $40 cash back amount that I didn’t ask for nor receive!! I’ve made multiple attempts to dispute this charge and put in touch with the District Manager with NO resolution. In fact he’s stopped responding and completely ignoring my attempts to rectify this situation. Shame on you Starbucks. You need to investigate employee theft and I continue to request my $40 refund."
