"Doors had still been locked after 10 am. I finally saw Lady unlock doors, so when i went inside i was never asked if i needed any help. I walked around for 10 mins all over the store. Wife was in here a few days ago and same thing happened when 2 women worked the store,"

"I am so unbelievably satisfied with Casey and Jordan at the 13th st location. I walked in told them what I was looking for after being all over town and feeling defeated. Casey helped in the front of the store looking for a cropped jacket, while Jordan went to clearance and found THE dress, 2 days of numerous stores and these ladies helped me get the perfect outfit in 10 minutes. They were very attentive and curious, they deserve all the kuddos!!! Thank you for your help, you made my week!!"

"Walked in and there were 2 employees standing talking to each other and neither of them even acknowledged that I had walked in. There was one other person in the store besides the employees and myself. Out of all 3 employees not one asked if I needed help. Spent a half hour in the store and even tried a few things on and I had to ask for a fitting room and that way the only time I was even acknowledged by 1 of 3 people working and the only time. Very poor customer service."
