"We got an awesome deal and found great shoes for my daughter. It wasn't that much more expensive than going to a cheaper place with cheap shoes. I'm glad we went here and got name brand shoes and I'm happy to know it will lend her the foot support she needed. Highly recommend!"

"used to do all our kids shoe shopping here. advertise buy one get one half off, but the half off does not apply to Nike, converse, hey dudes, or I believe addidas..............so 95% of the store does not count for the advertised sale. will shop someplace else from now on. would have been better to not advertise the sale at all"

"I had never been to any Famous Footwear store before. The manager, Erin, took excellent care of me. While they didn't have a lot of options for me, she knew exactly what my options were and had me out in under half an hour. And I left with a pair of shoes I love. :) Thank you."

"Management strongly needs racial sensitivity training. My daughter and I, Native Americans, were discriminated against by the manager of the West Fargo, ND location. Both of us were wearing worn and dated shoes and while the employee working looked at both of our shoes when we walked out, she walked out behind us and took down my license plate number. I went back in to ask why and the employee said the manager instructed her to do so. The manager came to the front and said she thought we left with different shoes but said she didn't find any "empties" in the back. Clearly we were being watched even though there were many customers in the store, none of which were persons of color. Not only that but the manager was aggressive and hostile in her demeanor. I'm very disappointed and sincerely hope that the issue is addressed but considering it happened in 2019 by someone else who left a review, it would seem discrimination is acceptable to Famous Footwear."
