When I picked it up July 1 I found my pontoon in a state of neglect as shrink wrap had failed some time ago and no attempt had been made to re-wrap or notify me. No refund (even partial) was offered. I was extremely disappointed as canvas top was laying in in a wet and mildewed pile and floor area full of tree debris."
