"Placed my order and waited for over 30 minutes. When asked if I was waiting for an order I showed them my ticket, and the employee went to the back and I heard my order hadn’t been made yet. They also forgot some of my items. Employees didn’t seem like they knew what they were doing and were just messing around in the back. I could hear employees placing bets on how long another employee is going to take in the bathroom. Very unprofessional and childish."

"This Taco John’s staff are very rude, I placed an online order today 3/7 @ about 5:30pm through the drive-thru and after checking in I went to pick it up at the window. I was told to come inside the store to pick up the order. After waiting in line in-store I let the cashier know I was told to come inside to grab my order and that I had already checked in. The cashier told me that my order hadn’t come through and I was confused as I was told to come pick it up inside? And then when I asked about it I was told very sarcastically by the cashier, “We will make your food when we GET the order!” And then walked away and ignored me while I waited at the counter for either my food, or for someone to help with my order? It didn’t seem very busy so I didn’t understand his aggression or a reason for being completed dismissed. And then when I went back to my TJ app it said my order had been canceled? But I never canceled the order. Anyways, not the problem. I understand technical issues but the manner of the staff here was extremely rude. After I was dismissed by the cashier I was ignored. This was an extremely frustrating experience and I do hope that the next time I order from this restaurant I am not treated so rudely."

"Right when we walked in the floors are so sticky and dirty. Service was not good. The potato olays tasted like they haven't changed the oil in months and to bring the food to you they got upset and maybe if employees would get off there phones and take care of there customers. Even told us to wait while they were on there phones not the work phones. No smiles and no care. The nachos are stale and not good. Will never come back. We put my cousins tray on the table behind him and been here over 45 mins no one has cleaned or picked up. But did an interview with the place so dirty."
