"My partner and I visited your store [02/12/24] to take our mind off of our extremely recent lost of our beloved cat the day before and interacted with Ethan, who initially provided assistance. Regrettably, we encountered behavior that raise alarmingly concerns during our visit. Specifically, Ethan's actions included inappropriate touching by purposely moving into my partner's breasts without warning or signaling his intentions, an unwarranted delay in our departure after completing the transaction by positioning himself infront of my partner, and an unsolicited discussion about his personal life in a boastful manner along with insisting that we were the only ones in the store. This was both unprofessional and deeply uncomfortable for us. Given the gravity of the situation, we strongly urge the removal of Ethan from your staff. We are concerned about the potential impact of his actions on others who may not be able to voice their discomfort. I have reached out to the company and they haven’t responded or quite frankly taken this seriously. I cannot recommend this place or this company."

"Can’t quite comment on how the candy was because by 8:45pm the doors were locked and lights were off. Typically I wouldn’t think too much of that, but my group and I were in the store earlier and asked the employee what time they closed since we needed to go to dinner, but were going to come back later. We rushed the end of our dinner a bit in order to make it back before 9, the time the employee said, and we’re shocked to see the that it was closed. I suggest changing your listed closing times to 8:45 if that’s when you are going to close."

"Had the pleasure of stumbling into this treat shop on our last visit. Let me tell you, this is one unique treat shop. Instead of the usual, have a massive variety of a little selection of sweets, this shop had a massive selection with as little variety of each! You will find something to satisfy virtually any type of sweet tooth out there! You still truly enjoy this shop as it is loaded with a lot of unique options and merchandise I haven't found anywhere else."

"I can't say enough good things about this place; from the great selection of classic to modern novelties and candy (so much candy!) to the friendly and inviting staff (thank you Misty and Ken!), this place has it all! Me and my friend were greeted warmly upon entering and had a great experience throughout as we browsed the entire store, leaving with some very tasty gummy candy. If you're ever having a bad day and you need something (or someone) to make you smile, go see the experts at IT'SUGAR. I know I'll be back for sure."

"Friendly staff, clean and colorful store with cute displays! You can find pretty much any candy you could want here, but you're going to have to pay more for it than you would at the grocery store. The chocolate covered gummy bears were a hit with my kids!"
