"I finally decided to get myself a credit card and was very excited. I never received my credit card and forgot that I had made a purchase for $57. I eventually had my phone blown up by their customer service called Community Bank trying to collect. When I ask them who they were they rudely said Community Bank. They did not say they were calling for Lane Bryant EVER. I even said I do not have an account open with a community bank so I do not understand why you are calling? I found out exactly who they were when I checked my credit score and found it dropped 88 points after two months of non-payment. I quickly, then paid it in full and spoke with a representative from Community Bank who represents Lane Bryant who was RUDE!!! Then they also proceeded to send me to Trans Union to see how quickly it would lift and be removed off my credit score. I was told by Trans Union it would take months. I have always paid my balances in full. I did not receive a credit card. The RUDE customer service I received was shocking!!! I love that store and have spent a lot of money there but I will never go back after how I was treated."
