"Come here to this groomer and see what excellent experiences are made of! This place came highly recommended. There are way too many pluses here to list. Let me say I am mega particular about most things. I am old fashioned and still expect the best for my money and the best from encounters with merchants. The lady was clear on instructions on her grooming and my expected outcome. She delivered exactly what she said. She was patient kind and extremely professional. She took her time about 2 hours. My pooch was perfection. There were no back rooms to hide mistreatment as I have found true in another grooming facility. Other groomers that cannot handle your dog actually recruit you to help even though they are the ones getting paid. At the end my pup had a grand experience and looked like a complete show dog. She erased all my pups previous fears and anxieties and he came back to me fresh and relaxed. She obviously had been talking and singing to my pup. My pup appears to be more childlike than animal and this groomer understood the assignment. This groomers dignity and genuine love for animals was off the charts! This groomer restored my faith in people being good and true. And she also erased my anxiety about leaving my pooch. This is the first time I felt comfortable leaving him. Thank you …it seems nothing is like it used to be. The good old days when people did their jobs to the best of their ability is a rarity. People used to have integrity. Now it seems people expect the worst service these days. This groomer was a breath of fresh air!!!!!! My faith has been restored. God bless this establishment. You are a diamond in the rough. Above is 8 months ago. Fast forward to now. I took my dog in to get groomed and the dogs hair came out just as long as it was when I took him in. Though his face and feet and butt were shaved. When I asked why she didn’t cut his body and ear hair she gave me no reason at all. $75 later I am mega upset and won’t be returning here again ever!!! Sorry this goes down to one star mainly for lack of communication. I paid for a haircut and did not receive."

"Yay for Mr. and Mrs. P's!!! We tried to take a dog to Bark and Babies in Scottsdale this morning, we made an appointment last week and then when we got there they said that they overbooked themselves and couldn't take him because he has some matted fur. Our dog is a mini goldendoodle. We do our best to brush him, but he's still a puppy so it's hard and we seek help from a professional to groom him. Long story short, we left, upset and I called Mr. and Mrs. P's because that's where we used to take our family dog before he passed. Mrs. P was nice, encouraging and told us to come in right away! We are on our way. She also stressed she isn't about speed grooming like so many other places are. They did a great job on our family dog so I can't wait to see how our Bentley Boo turns out! We are on our way now! :)"

"Arrived this morning to have our Golden groomed but the guy was 15 minutes late. He complained about his hip replacement and bad back and the size of our dog, which we told him a month ago when we scheduled. Tried to make it our problem. Place looked trashy and smelled bad. Did't feel comfortable leaving our dog so cancelled the appt. If you love your dog don' use this place."

"We have been taking our Maltese to Mr. & Mrs. P's for nine years...they have done a great job with her...and she loves to go there...she gets excited when we're about a block away from the Salon. I highly recommend Mr. & Mrs. P's.for any size dog."
