"The worst customer service ever. Went to replace an expired Covid test and the angry fat guy started lecturing us on how if we are purchasing a Covid test we MUST have been exposed. Because only people that have Covid or were exposed buy tests!? As if no one ever has them on Hand at home. Then he had to update us on his heart condition… which was inappropriate to tell customers. If you’re so scared of your health, probably don’t work in a cvs? Like what was going through his head? Haha! Unfortunately this is Not the first idiot I’ve run into at this store. Even the customers are oddly nosey in your business. Wierd creepy place. What happened to fountain hills?"
"Incredibly rude staff, pharmacists that never take notes and ask the same dumb questions ever time you pick up your prescription. Also A fat angry guy at the counter that yells at you about his Heart condition. What is happening at this cvs? I’ve be never seen such a poorly run offensive store"
"In a day when customer service is sometimes hard to find I had the pleasure of dealing with your outstanding employee Brooke. She went the extra mile to follow up with me with a phone call to let me know when an item was back in stock. She is friendly outgoing and on top of things. Now that's what I call service! Thanks"
