"I took my long haired cat to be shaved because she had developed some mats under her chin and some small ones on her body. They were not in the "extreme" category at all but they tacked an extra $10 fee on top of the already high fee. Total with tip and tax was $124.87! It took the groomer about 25 minutes. That's about $65/hour! The groomer/staff really showed little care for my pet. Pet groomers need to take a check on pricing. They are grooming pets, not styling people's hair!"
