"I brought my miniature schnauzer, Chip, here for a haircut and we both couldn't be happier. He does not tolerate the noise and impatience of various groomers he has gone to over the years. I was so glad to find out about Balanced Paws and thought I'd give them a try. Kate is a holistic groomer and was kind and compassionate. She took extra time with him and did not hurry. She also figured out his stress triggers (mainly his anticipation of having his fur pulled) and was able to communicate with him so he wasn't scared. It was just Chip and Kate, and she was extremely gentle with him. This was the very best haircut he has had and better than any other haircuts for my two other schnauzers we've had these past 30 years. I am happy to spread the word and sincerely hope I can find a holistic groomer just like Kate when we move out of state next month. Thank you for your kindness and professional care of our sweet Chippy!"
