"Very disappointed that Petco disguised their 15% rate increase for pet grooming as a "materials fee". Why not call it what it is - a rate increase. This would have been the transparent, customer friendly, ethical approach. And they used the .99 approach as to not cross the $6 threshold. While I was content with the service, I will now shop around for grooming services."
"I had a curbside pick up order that I placed online. I got the notice from the app the order was ready, I clicked the I’m on my way button on the app, and when I got close to the store, I clicked I’m here on the app. I sat in front of the store for almost 10 minutes and decided I would go inside to pick it up since it didn’t seem anyone was going to bring it out. When I went in the store there were four Petco employees in the front of the store just talking! None of them seem to be aware of the fact that I was there to pick up my order or were any of them preparing to bring it out to me! I gave them my name, picked up my order, and took it myself! No one offered to help me with my order! Ridiculous service if your employees are going to ignore it! Bad customer service!"
