"People make mistakes and equipment breaks, but how you address the concern is what's important. Today I went in to grab a few items on my way home, and was in a bit of a rush. At check out I selected cash back. And the machine had an error that prevented it from dispensing my cash. The nice man in self check out was there is seconds to support me, but reading the error recognized it was out of his ability to correct. He saw the manager Jojo or Jody and asked for help. She told him no and to find someone else she was going to do an interview, apparently Jojo does not think customers time is more important. Three other people attempted to help and as time went on Jojo finally appeared to correct the problem. Now wishing I never stopped as I am late, at least Jojos time waS cared for. Go here if you are not in a hurry or if you are not getting cash back. The rest of the team was great, but without support from their manager they were not given the needed tools to correct the concern alone or in a timely manner."

"Rude Employee! Zero! Went there this morning to grab a few things instead of Frys, big Mistake. This older woman worker at the checkout w/reddish hair has a terrible attitude. Rudely talked to me and then as I left mean mugged me w/out a word. No Thx, have a nice day, Nothing! Go hate on ur own time and retire lady, u give that store a bad rep. "This located near my home so I frequently stop here. Above and beyond is the pharmacy who fill prescriptions quickly. I had forgotten to pick my medicine up within the timeframe given but they still refilled my prescription with no complaints. The store is very clean, staff very friendly and the clearance section almost always has something I could use."

"Rude Employees, not friendly especially the extremely rude checkout woman looks to be in her 50’s. She was going on and on how she hates kids to another customer w/a very poor attitude. "I had the nicest cashier today his name was Trevor. I left there with a smile and glad I met him. Customer service A+++ he is kind, sweet the whole package . Give this boy a raise and get more employees like him. With food prices so high my interaction with Trevor made spending more money worthwhile. Go Trevor"
