"Puff and Fluff waited until after we paid--and tipped--to tell us they didn't finish the job. Before this appointment, I was a regular with them to get my two dogs groomed. One is fussy about her nails and requires a "chill protocol" in order for her to be docile enough to get her pad fur trimmed and nails cut. The groomer informed me--after I paid--that they were unable to complete the pad and nail trim because of her behavior. While I agree with the decision for the groomer and dog's safety, it was very dishonest for them to withhold that information until after we were charged for the full service. No efforts from the spa were made to offer a partial refund after the payment was made or a discount for next time due to the unfinished job. Disappointed with that business practice and will not be returning."

"Unacceptable job. Sent my daughter to get our dog groomed here and this is how he returned home. They had the audacity to charge her even after starting a job that obviously could not be finished. Had to pay another business to fix their mistake, which they had no problem doing."

"DO NOT GO HERE! They don’t follow directions. I provided very specific instructions on how I want my dogs hair cut, to the point of taking a picture (the picture I took in is below compared to the chop job they did). They did not follow the instructions at all. I also very specifically asked that they not cut her nails because the last time I took her to the location in uptown they made her nails bleed and I grind her nails I don’t cut them. They did not listen and made several nails bleed. This causes my dog a lot of discomfort when she walks and her paws roll, especially her front paw which is why I asked them not to cut. I’ve included pictures below for reference of the nails they caused bleeding on. It’s a bit challenging to see the discoloration in the light from the clotting agent they used but it’s 5 nails not even 1 or 2 and it’s so bad I see vein on the nail. Find another groomer because it’s not worth your pet being in pain. I will have to keep booties on her front paw so she doesn’t continue to lick and bother it. They injured my dog and I was unsurprisingly upset so asked them to have the operations manager to call. When she called me I was pretty livid, my dog is walking funny as a result of them injuring her. She has the audacity to tell me I need to calm down and be nice to her. You can’t injure a persons dog and expect them to be nice to you. I’ve worked with angry clients and telling them to calm down usually doesn’t solve the problem it upsets them further. As the operations manager she may want to try some de-escalation training because messing up by injuring your customers dog then telling your customer to calm down is not a great method. How about listening and empathizing."
